Abstract
As web design evolves with the help of different frameworks the work necessary to create a web page still requires absolute attention, such as constant page refreshes after CSS or images have been updated within the code to compare changes, as the pages are built by hand. With the means of offering a hands-free solution that will allow for designers/developers to quickly create a web page with minimal effort. The hands-free solution will be voice commands which will be a series of commands that the developer or designer may speak into the microphone of the device while the program waits to translates those commands into complex web page building tasks. Combining the voice command web page building application with a popular framework such as Twitter Bootstrap or Boilerplate HTML5 will ensure that the syntax of the code is recognizable if the designer or developer ever needs to make manual updates at a later time. This method of building web pages removes the need to hand code and allows for quicker renditions of page prototypes.
